Consent to Personal Data Processing

An individual, leaving a request on the website https://meow.bar through a booking, subscription or feedback form, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, provides their consent to Kotyata Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), located at: 107031, Moscow, Kuznetsky Most str., 19, building 1, floor 1, room XIV, room 1, to process their personal data with the following conditions:

1. List of Processed Data

I consent to the processing of the following personal data, which are not special or biometric:

  • Last name, first name, patronymic (if available);
  • Contact phone numbers;
  • Email addresses;
  • User data (location information, OS type and version, browser type and version, device type and screen resolution, source from which the user came to the site, from which site or from what advertisement, OS and browser language, which pages the user opens and which buttons the user clicks, IP address), collected including through Internet statistics services (in accordance with clauses 5.3 and 6.3 of the Policy).

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes (according to clause 5 of the Policy):

  • Conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts (including table booking and service provision);
  • Providing access to services, information and materials contained on the website;
  • Clarification of order details;
  • Carrying out information via sending emails;
  • Sending notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events (marketing mailings).

3. List of Actions with Personal Data

During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data (according to clause 9.1 of the Policy): collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4. Term of Validity and Withdrawal Procedure

The consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and until the moment of its withdrawal (according to clause 8.4 of the Policy). The consent can be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written statement to the Operator to the email address info@meow.bar with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

I confirm that I have familiarized myself with the Policy regarding the processing of personal data of the Operator, posted at https://meow.bar/privacy, and the conditions are clear to me.
